Meets late September to end of June every week at Little Neston Methodist Church Hall between 10am to 12 noon. Improve balance and flexibility as well as meeting friendly people and enjoying lots of laughs.
The group is currently full and there is a waiting list. Please contact the coordinator if you want to add your name to the list
