Mindfulness

The group forms periopdically to run a series of meetings.

The group will meet on Friday mornings 10 – 12 noon in the Exhibition Room, Heswall Library, Telegraph Road.

Mindfulness can be effective in reducing stress and anxiety, thereby improving general wellbeing and quality of life for all.
