‘The History of the Royal Variety Performance’ by Graham Loach
Graham has presented to Heswall U3A on a number of occasions. His personal interest in music and the entertainment industry has provided rich material to interest us and to rekindle past memories.
Dating back to 1912 and having hosted so many unforgettable performances and glittering stars, it will be hard to imagine exactly what will be included. I am sure that this presentation will have us all thinking of those most moments we find most memorable.
Graham is very familiar with our audience and this promises to be both a nostalgic and entertaining morning. An excellent way to start the week!
