Wirral Footpaths and Open Spaces Society
This Society was founded in 1888 to conserve footpaths and the heritage of our open spaces
Where would our several walking groups be without the right to roam the ancient pathways which allow us to appreciate fine views as well as the joys of the open countryside?
WFOSPS has done a valuable service to the Wirral Community protecting the rights of way whilst maintaining the paths themselves. We are all beneficiaries of their work and it will be our pleasure to learn a little more about their organisation. {Prepare to be enlightened!
